• Manage joinery and carpentry workshop production activities.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings and cutting lists.
• Plan material procurement and monitor workshop productivity.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site teams for delivery schedules and installation support.
• Monitor machinery usage, manpower, and production timelines.
