Fitness Attendant

Role Objective

Fitness Attendant is responsible for providing KC members and guests with excellent service in the gym area maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation, deliver great customer service, and maximizing guests' satisfaction. Ensure that health and safety measures are observed and complied. Provide excellent service consistent with club standards, operating procedure and brand attributes. Fully understand and embrace Katara Club company's vision and mission and its application in all tasks associated with the duty. Adhere to all Katara Club brand Standards ensuring successful communication across all levels of the operation.

Duties and Resonsibilities.

• Manage the fitness equipment and facilities, and maintain hygiene.
• Greet all members and guests upon arrival, distribute towels, offer assistance with seating, and deliver consistent guest service that exceeds expectations, along with all other support services.
• Ensure that the health club area is clean at all times and report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department.
• Maintain a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and be adaptable and flexible.
• Must be patient, helpful, and interested in the welfare of guests and fellow staff.
• Pay great attention to detail and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all SOPs and the code of conduct.
• Ensure implementation of all instructions given by the Exclusive Coach.
• Follow the cleaning checklist prepared by the fitness attendant supervisor.
• Project a positive and motivated attitude at all times and exercise self-control.
• Ensure the gym equipment is well maintained and in good condition.
• Perform routine cleaning and everyday maintenance, such as dusting and cleaning gym equipment.
• Maintain a positive and motivated attitude at all times.
• Have thorough knowledge of the facilities and services offered by the club.
• Report to work in full uniform in accordance with company grooming guidelines
