ROLE OBJECTIVEThe Spa &amp; Salon Assistant supports the daily operations of Katara Club&rsquo;s exclusive wellness and beauty facilities, ensuring that every guest receives an unparalleled experience of relaxation, rejuvenation, and personalized care. The role combines administrative, operational, and guest service responsibilities to uphold the Club&rsquo;s commitment to excellence and discretion.Guest Experience<ul><li>Assist guests with inquiries regarding treatments, services, and product recommendations.</li><li>Coordinate appointment bookings and service schedules through the spa management system.</li><li>Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, personalized service that reflects Katara Club&rsquo;s hospitality standards.</li><li>Handle guest feedback and concerns with tact, professionalism, and prompt resolution.</li></ul>Operational Excellence<ul><li>Support the Spa &amp; Salon Manager in overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure seamless operations.</li><li>Ensure treatment rooms, salon stations, and common areas are immaculately prepared, sanitized, and stocked before and after each appointment.</li><li>Assist in the execution of daily opening and closing procedures.</li><li>Monitor service flow to optimize therapist and stylist schedules for efficiency and guest satisfaction.</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Maintain accurate booking, billing, and client records in the reservation system.</li><li>Assist with preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.</li><li>Manage inventory of products, towels, and amenities; monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing.</li><li>Support payroll, attendance, and internal communication processes for spa and salon staff.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Brand Promotion<ul><li>Promote spa and salon treatments, memberships, and retail products in line with Katara Club&rsquo;s brand image.</li><li>Assist in organizing special promotions, seasonal campaigns, and member events.</li><li>Ensure all displays, merchandising, and promotional materials meet brand presentation standards.</li><li>Contribute to revenue targets through effective product knowledge and service upselling.</li></ul>Team Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate effectively with therapists, stylists, and reception to ensure smooth guest flow and high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Participate in training sessions, product briefings, and team meetings.</li><li>Uphold the Club&rsquo;s values of luxury, confidentiality, and member-first excellence in all interactions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR1.00 per month

Spa and Salon Supervisor

Role ObjectiveThe Membership Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of membership management at Katara Club, ensuring a seamless and exclusive experience for members from onboarding to renewal. This role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, nurturing long-term member relationships, and building valuable external partnerships to enhance the Katara Club lifestyle experience. The Membership Manager plays a key role in curating the member journey, maintaining the Club&rsquo;s elite image, and driving membership satisfaction and retention.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMembership Management &amp; Administration<ul><li>Oversee the entire membership lifecycle including applications, onboarding, renewals, and cancellations.</li><li>Maintain an updated and accurate membership database and CRM system.</li><li>Ensure compliance with membership policies and high service consistency.</li><li>Develop and execute member communication strategies, updates, and events.</li></ul>Member Experience &amp; Hospitality<ul><li>Deliver a personalized and proactive approach to member service, ensuring every interaction reflects Katara Club&rsquo;s luxury standards.</li><li>Manage the member journey from first contact to ongoing engagement, ensuring exclusivity and attention to detail.</li><li>Handle VIP requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to elevate the member experience across all Club touchpoints.</li></ul>Partnerships &amp; Benefits Development<ul><li>Identify and secure external partnerships (luxury brands, hotels, restaurants, lifestyle services) to provide added value to members.</li><li>Negotiate preferential rates, offers, and collaborations aligned with Katara Club&rsquo;s prestige.</li><li>Manage partnership communications, implementation, and performance tracking.</li></ul>Sales, Retention &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Support the growth of the membership base through referrals, corporate relations, and high-quality leads.</li><li>Monitor membership renewals, churn rate, and satisfaction scores.</li><li>Develop reports on membership metrics, partnership outcomes, and engagement KPIs.</li></ul>Events &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to organize exclusive member events, activations, and experiences.</li><li>Ensure events reflect the Club&rsquo;s elite image and strengthen community engagement.</li></ul>Other Duties<ul><li>Take on additional membership-related tasks as assigned by management, within the scope of the role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR1.00 per month
