Role ObjectiveThe Senior Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company&rsquo;s supplements and vitamins portfolio across retailers, gyms, fitness centers, pharmacies, and wellness outlets in Qatar. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, presenting brand portfolios effectively, securing sales, and ensuring consistent follow-up to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.Market Expansion &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and approach potential retail partners such as hypermarkets, gyms, pharmacies, nutrition shops, and online retailers.</li></ul><ul><li>Present product portfolios, negotiate terms, and onboard new accounts.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop expansion strategies to increase market penetration and distribution footprint.</li></ul>Key Account &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and key decision-makers.</li></ul><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for key accounts</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct regular visits to retail locations to ensure presence, placement, and compliance.</li></ul>Visibility, Merchandising &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Ensure premium shelf visibility, correct pricing, and proper placement of all products across sales points.</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and execute promotional activities, sampling campaigns, and point-of-sale materials.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with marketing to align brand visibility with strategic campaigns.</li></ul>Sales Performance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor sales performance across all accounts, track stock movement, and analyze sell-in vs. sell-out.</li></ul><ul><li>Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for each channel.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare reports on distribution growth, account performance, and market trends.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Inventory Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and proper stock levels at all accounts.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor slow-moving items, product expiry dates, and forecast upcoming demand.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure smooth operations from importation to distribution channels.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Product Standards<ul><li>Ensure all distributed products comply with local regulations and relevant authorities (MoCI, Ministry of Health, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all packaging, labelling, and barcoding requirements are in place.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR1.00 per month

Role Objective Fitness Attendant is responsible for providing KC members and guests with excellent service in the gym area maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation, deliver great customer service, and maximizing guests' satisfaction.
