ROLE OBJECTIVE

The Spa & Salon Assistant supports the daily operations of Katara Club’s exclusive wellness and beauty facilities, ensuring that every guest receives an unparalleled experience of relaxation, rejuvenation, and personalized care. The role combines administrative, operational, and guest service responsibilities to uphold the Club’s commitment to excellence and discretion.

Guest Experience

  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding treatments, services, and product recommendations.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and service schedules through the spa management system.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, personalized service that reflects Katara Club’s hospitality standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns with tact, professionalism, and prompt resolution.

Operational Excellence

  • Support the Spa & Salon Manager in overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure treatment rooms, salon stations, and common areas are immaculately prepared, sanitized, and stocked before and after each appointment.
  • Assist in the execution of daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor service flow to optimize therapist and stylist schedules for efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate booking, billing, and client records in the reservation system.
  • Assist with preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Manage inventory of products, towels, and amenities; monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and internal communication processes for spa and salon staff.

Sales & Brand Promotion

  • Promote spa and salon treatments, memberships, and retail products in line with Katara Club’s brand image.
  • Assist in organizing special promotions, seasonal campaigns, and member events.
  • Ensure all displays, merchandising, and promotional materials meet brand presentation standards.
  • Contribute to revenue targets through effective product knowledge and service upselling.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate effectively with therapists, stylists, and reception to ensure smooth guest flow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions, product briefings, and team meetings.
  • Uphold the Club’s values of luxury, confidentiality, and member-first excellence in all interactions.
