Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Coach * FEMAL AND MALE * to join our dynamic health club team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various fitness disciplines, including group fitness, personal training, and specialized classes such as Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit, and Cycling. This role involves designing engaging workout programs, instructing clients of all levels, and fostering a motivating environment to help members achieve their health and fitness goals. A background in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics is essential to ensure safe and effective training sessions. The Fitness Coach will play a vital role in promoting a positive fitness experience while contributing to the growth of our health club community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead diverse group fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, CrossFit, and Dance-based workouts such as Dancing or Kickboxing.
  • Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels.
  • Teach proper exercise techniques emphasizing body mechanics and safety to prevent injuries.
  • Motivate members through engaging coaching methods and provide ongoing support to enhance their fitness journey.
  • Educate clients on physiology, anatomy, and health principles to improve their understanding of exercise benefits.
  • Assist with gym operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
  • Promote fitness sales by encouraging memberships and class sign-ups while providing excellent customer service.
  • Stay current with industry trends in sports coaching, group fitness, and personal training to continually improve program offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction with certifications in Yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics necessary for designing safe workout programs.
  • Skills in program design for various fitness levels and goals.
  • Experience teaching diverse classes such as Cycling, Kickboxing, Dancing, or Sports Coaching is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage participants effectively.
  • Knowledge of fitness sales strategies to promote memberships and classes is a plus.
