Role Overview

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, client focused setting and can balance one on one personal training with group instruction while maintaining a safe and motivating atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Design customised personal training programs
• Conduct detailed fitness assessments
• Deliver high energy group fitness classes
• Ensure correct exercise technique and safe equipment usage
• Monitor and track client progress
• Provide basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance
• Build strong client relationships to enhance retention
• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment
• Collaborate with the wellness team to support overall client success

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitness Coach or Personal Trainer
• Strong knowledge of training principles and exercise science
• Experience in both personal training and group class instruction
• Basic nutrition knowledge
• Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: 8,000 SAR
• Personal Training Commission: Up to 30%

Working Schedule

• 5.5 working days per week
• 8 hours per day
