Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Fitness Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our fitness facility. In this vital role, you will manage daily front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a smooth experience for all members and visitors. Responsibilities

  • Greet members, visitors, and guests with a warm, professional attitude, creating an inviting atmosphere
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about services
  • Handle member check-ins, membership renewals, and class bookings efficiently using computer systems and software
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including filing, data entry, and updating records
  • Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using tools like QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly via phone or in person
  • Support administrative functions including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed

Experience

  • Previous office or clerical experience in a customer service environment is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse members
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools is advantageous
  • Prior experience in customer support or administrative roles that required attention to detail and time management will set you up for success

Pay: $18.70 - $21.33 per hour
