Position: Fitness Operations Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly organized Fitness Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our fitness division at Blaura. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational management, delivering exceptional member experiences, managing fitness staff, and driving overall efficiency and growth of the fitness department.
The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for women’s wellness and fitness.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the fitness facility and ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
- Ensure operational standards, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols are maintained at all times.
- Monitor gym floor activities, studio schedules, fitness programs, and member engagement.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate fitness trainers and support staff.
- Prepare staff schedules, attendance tracking, and shift planning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain high service standards.
- Foster a positive, professional, and motivating work culture.
Member Experience & Retention
- Ensure exceptional customer service and personalized member experiences.
- Handle member concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Develop strategies to improve member retention and satisfaction.
- Build a welcoming and empowering environment for women clients.
Fitness Program Management
- Plan and execute fitness classes, wellness programs, workshops, and special events.
- Coordinate with trainers for customized fitness programs and member progress tracking.
- Ensure all fitness equipment is properly maintained and functional.
Business & Revenue Growth
- Support membership sales initiatives and revenue generation activities.
- Monitor operational costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Assist management in achieving monthly and annual business targets.
- Generate operational reports and provide insights for improvement.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and operational regulations.
- Maintain records, reports, SOPs, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required.
