Fitness Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients via walk in inquiries, calling interested parties, etc.
• Conduct tours and answer questions
• Manage existing member accounts with excellent customer service
• Converting leads into memberships
• Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives to promote special events, membership packages, and community outreach efforts
• Utilize social media to interact with current members, while also showcasing our product
• Participate in facility cleaning and upkeep

Qualifications

• At least 1 year sales experience, fitness sales preferred but not required
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
