Fitness Trainer

About the job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, experienced in training both youth and adults, and capable of delivering fun, safe, and effective workouts. As a Gym Trainer, you'll lead group classes, provide one-on-one training, and support members in reaching their fitness goals.

Job Accountabilities
  • Lead and instruct group fitness classes and personal training sessions.
  • Create customized workout plans based on clients' fitness levels and goals.
  • Ensure all exercises are performed with proper form and technique.
  • Support youth training programs with age-appropriate strength and conditioning.
  • Motivate and inspire members to stay consistent and committed to their goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive training environment at all times.
  • Monitor gym floor activity and be available to assist members.
  • Stay current with fitness trends and continually improve your skills.

  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others.
Experience

1-5 years of experience in group training, personal training, or youth fitness (preferred).
