Fitness Trainer

Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
  • Personal Training: Provide one-on-one and group fitness training sessions tailored to guests' fitness levels, goals, and preferences. Develop customized workout plans and offer guidance on proper exercise techniques.
  • Group Classes: Conduct engaging and dynamic group fitness classes, such as yoga, Pilates, spinning, or high-intensity interval training (HIIT), ensuring a motivating and inclusive environment.
  • Wellness Programs: Design and implement wellness programs and workshops that address various aspects of health, including nutrition, stress management, and overall well-being.
  • Guest Interaction: Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests, offering exceptional customer service and personalized attention. Address guests' questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all fitness equipment is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order. Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workout environment for guests. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, such as the spa and concierge, to enhance the overall guest experience and provide seamless service.
Knowledge & Competencies
You are expected to be well presented, young minded individual with an outgoing and friendly attitude. You are an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with a hands-on and flexible approach and be able to adapt to unpredictable events. You are reliable, thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure.
