We're recruiting Fitness Trainers to join a fast-growing boutique circuit training studio in Saudi Arabia, delivering dynamic, high energy 30 minute workouts that combine strength, conditioning and kickboxing inspired training.

If you love being on the gym floor, coaching members face to face and creating an electric studio atmosphere - while earning tax free income - this could be your ideal next move.

This role is open to candidates across the EU who are excited about relocating and building an international career.

SAR 8,000- 13,000 per month (tax free) - €1,800 - €3,200 per month - €22,000- €38,000 per year tax free - Salary Depends On Experience

The Role

Your mission is simple: Help members become stronger in 30 minutes - physically and mentally.

You'll lead every session, motivate members and create an outstanding training experience from the moment they walk through the door.

What You'll Be Doing Coaching & Training

• Lead small group, circuit based workouts
• Demonstrate exercises and coach correct form
• Keep sessions safe, fun and high energy
• Support members of all abilities with modifications
• Stay active and involved throughout each class

Member Experience & Growth

• Welcome new members and deliver introductory sessions
• Convert trials into long term memberships
• Build strong member relationships and studio community
• Support marketing initiatives and local outreach

Studio Operations

• Maintain a clean, premium training environment
• Support check ins and front desk duties
• Assist with retail and member enquiries
• Ensure equipment and spaces are always session ready
