he Freelance Interior Fit-Out Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, and driving project acquisition in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The role focuses on identifying potential opportunities, promoting fit-out services, and closing sales to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out, renovation, joinery, and turnkey project sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and industry events.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and property owners.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing and service offerings.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated CRM/database of clients and prospects.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in interior fit-out or construction sales (preferably in UAE/GCC).
  • Strong networking and client acquisition skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Understanding of fit-out costing, design, and project execution processes
