Fitout / Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduate) – Arabic Speaker

Job Description:
We are looking for an Engineer to work inside our marble factory and handle daily operations. No previous marble experience is required — we will provide full training. The candidate must be responsible, organized, and able to manage people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and understand job orders from management.
• Supervise daily production inside the factory.
• Assign tasks to laborers and ensure work is completed correctly and on time.
• Perform basic quality control on cutting, polishing, finishing, and packing (training provided).
• Report any quality issues or mistakes immediately.
• Keep workflow smooth, organized, and safe.
• Coordinate with the office team when needed.
• Prepare simple daily reports for management.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates — full training provided.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good organization and time-management abilities.
• Willing to work inside a factory environment.
• Attention to detail for quality checking.
