Job Title: Fit-Out Estimator

Job Summary:
The Fit-Out Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role ensures competitive and profitable pricing while maintaining company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to understand project scope.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure accuracy in measurements.
• Identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams for technical clarifications.
• Prepare tender submissions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Analyze project budgets and support negotiation processes.
• Maintain updated cost databases and pricing records.
• Assist in post-tender activities and handover to the execution team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE Fitout : 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving license (Required)
