Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman (Fit-Out) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in interior fit-out works, site supervision, and team coordination within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out projects
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor workforce productivity and maintain quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain proper site records and report progress to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman, preferably in fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (gypsum, partitions, flooring, finishes, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Candidates with short notice or immediate availability will be preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
