Fitout Project Engineer

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring all works are carried out in line with approved drawings, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Liaise and coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow across all project stages.
• Track project timelines and ensure all milestones are achieved within the agreed schedule.
• Enforce compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and quality control requirements on site.
• Prepare and submit regular progress updates including daily, weekly, and overall site reports.
• Address and resolve any technical challenges or site-related issues efficiently.
• Conduct inspections, manage snagging processes, and oversee project handover to ensure high client satisfaction, particularly for luxury villa and residential projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant discipline.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 to 7 years’ experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE, preferably involving luxury villas, high-end residential, or premium commercial developments.
• Strong understanding of fit-out works, construction drawings, MEP coordination, and site execution.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office applications is preferred.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
