Job: Fitout Project Engineer (MEP)

Location: Abu Dhabi - UAE

Industry: Construction / Interior Fit-Out

Salary: AED 10,000 (All-Inclusive)

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising all MEP works, including HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, and electrical installations.
• Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.
• Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to maintain quality and design standards.
• Monitoring site activities and ensuring that all MEP works meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supporting project planning, cost estimation, and resource management to ensure project efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects, specifically managing MEP works.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and local authority regulations.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
