Fitout Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.

Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate with designers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, adheres to regulatory requirements, and aligns with health & safety protocols.

Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, control costs, and negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.

Timeline Management: Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, updating them on project status and addressing their concerns.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, ensuring smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Fitout : 5 years (Required)
• Project Manager: 3 years (Required)
