Fitout Projects Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and monitor delivery schedules.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience managing interior fit-out projects, preferably within the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, joinery, carpentry, MEP coordination, and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Arabic nationality is required.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
