FITOUT sales executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fit Out Sales Executive with a strong background in the UAE interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships within the commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the UAE market
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and project presentations
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE Fit Out / Interior Design industry
• Strong network of clients and consultants in the UAE market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
