Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Fit-Out Site Supervisor to oversee commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed within the planned schedule.
• Inspect workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper execution of interior fit-out works, including joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, and finishes.
• Verify and manage site measurements, material requests, and site documentation.
• Ensure all rectifications are completed without compromising quality.
• Ability to commute between Dubai and Abu Dhabi sites based on project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in commercial interior fit-out projects (office fit-outs preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out works.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and project specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise multiple teams and ensure error-free work execution.
