Fiverr Sales Representative – Chat Support

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Fiverr Sales Representative (Chat Support) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and providing excellent client support through chat.

You will play a key role in increasing our Fiverr sales by effectively communicating with potential clients and understanding their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
• Convert incoming leads into successful orders on Fiverr
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable services
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Follow up with potential clients to close sales
• Maintain records of chats, leads, and conversions
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Fiverr or freelance platform sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Excellent written English
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
• Sales-driven mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of digital services (design, development, etc.)
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Fiverr chat handling or customer support
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
• Negotiation and closing skills
