Fiverr Specialist – Sales & Client Acquisition

About the Role:

Turn Up Technologies is seeking a results-oriented and proactive Fiverr Specialist to manage inbound Fiverr leads, drive client engagement, and close high-value digital service projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete sales lifecycle — from initial inquiry to successful project conversion — across services including web development, mobile applications, SaaS solutions, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to Fiverr inquiries and buyer requests
• Engage with potential clients to understand business requirements and qualify opportunities
• Conduct discovery discussions or calls to identify project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Propose customized solutions, packages, and pricing strategies
• Negotiate contracts and close projects ranging from $500 to $10,000+
• Optimize Fiverr gigs, profiles, and communication strategies to improve conversion rates
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term retention
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery alignment
• Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to maximize sales performance

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and persuasive sales skills
• Proven experience managing Fiverr accounts or other freelance marketplaces
• Strong understanding of full-cycle sales and client relationship management
• Confidence in dealing with international clients and remote communication
• Ability to work independently, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in selling digital services such as web development, mobile applications, SaaS, branding, or e-commerce solutions
• Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal writing, and freelance platform optimization
• Basic understanding of project workflows in software or digital marketing industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
