Fiverr & Upwork Expert – Freelance Platform Specialist

Job Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Fiverr & Upwork Expert to manage and grow our presence on major freelancing platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating optimized profiles, writing compelling proposals, generating client leads, and closing projects for JustAll Studio’s real estate photo editing services. Ideal candidates have a proven track record on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company’s profiles on Upwork and Fiverr to increase visibility and conversion rates.
• Identify relevant job posts and opportunities matching our real estate photo editing services.
• Write persuasive, customized proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
• Communicate with potential clients professionally through platform messaging, chat, or video calls.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close deals for photo editing projects (e.g., twilight editing, virtual staging, HDR enhancements).
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor platform algorithm changes, bidding trends, and best practices to stay competitive.
• Track performance metrics (conversion rates, revenue, proposals sent) and report results regularly.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align service delivery with client expectations.
• Proven experience winning projects and generating revenue on Upwork and Fiverr (preferred 1–3+ years).
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to write captivating proposals tailored to diverse client requirements.
• Strong understanding of freelance platform algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and client-management skills.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with real estate photo editing services or experience in creative service pitching.
• Experience with other freelancing platforms (Freelancer, PeoplePerHour).
• Basic knowledge of marketing tactics for social media or SEO.
• Portfolio or record of successfully closed deals on Upwork / Fiverr.
