A leading investment management firm is seeking a talented and driven Fixed Income Analyst to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Fixed Income Portfolio Manager to support investment research, portfolio analysis, and risk monitoring across a range of fixed income strategies. This role offers exposure to global markets and an opportunity to play a key part in the firm’s growing fixed income platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental credit research and financial analysis across sovereign, corporate, and structured debt issuers.
• Develop and maintain financial models, credit spread analysis, and scenario testing to support investment decisions.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends, interest rate movements, and market dynamics impacting portfolio positioning.
• Contribute to portfolio construction, including sector allocation, duration management, and credit selection.
• Prepare investment recommendations, reports, and presentations for internal committees and clients.
• Liaise with research providers, rating agencies, and other market participants to gather relevant insights.
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and performance attribution analysis.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; progress toward or completion of the CFA qualification is advantageous.
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in fixed income research, credit analysis, or investment management.
• Solid understanding of fixed income instruments, valuation methods, and risk metrics.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and intellectually rigorous environment.
