Fixed Segment Lead

Job Role :

Sustain and propose enhancement Fixed segment offerings, optimize cost efficiency, ensure seamless customer experiences and deliver product concepts, refine plans through utilizing insights to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products and services.


Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Sustain current offerings and services within the Fixed segment, preserving core marketing functions.
  • Support the development of the annual Consumer Marketing/Product Propositions roadmap, including budget preparation and operational planning in collaboration with the Consumer Planning & Pricing team.
  • Implement plans for the Fixed segment in alignment with the overall Consumer Marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with digital team to ensure seamless integration with Digital initiatives.
  • Execute optimization opportunities to enhance cost efficiency within the Fixed segment.
  • Deliver Fixed product concepts aligned with the customer journey framework to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
  • Propose enhancements in product and service capabilities within the Fixed segment by introducing updated and simplified propositions.
  • Implement regional and localized initiatives in collaboration with the Sales team to improve performance and achieve objectives.
  • Assist in conducting market analysis using competitor Fixed propositions, international benchmarks, and insights from research teams to continuously improve product strategy and roadmap initiatives.
  • Partner with the Brand and Communications teams to develop targeted communication campaigns that align with the specific needs of each segment.
  • Coordinate with Product and Operations teams to translate change requirements into clear and actionable formats for Technology/IT teams to implement effectively.


Job Specifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Product Management, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
