Flatbed CDL Drivers 2100wkly Regional

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W-2 Class A CDL flatbed drivers based out of Harrisburg, PA, to haul freight across the contiguous 48 states. These positions are best suited for experienced flatbed drivers who prefer regional and over-the-road (OTR) schedules with consistent weekly home time.

Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Perform flatbed load securement and freight protection, including tarping and use of straps, chains, and binders (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
• Handle shipments of steel and steel pipe, applying required securement practices and appropriate care during transit.
• Haul regional and OTR flatbed freight with typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on-time performance.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience.
• Experience hauling steel and steel pipe is required.
• Demonstrated skill with straps, tarps, chains, and binders for securement.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and ability to comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Professional communication skills and reliability for extended regional and OTR operations originating from the Harrisburg, PA area.
