Flatbed trailer Driver - Local Shipment

Cannata Worldwide Cargo Services LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Flatbed Trailer Driver to support our growing local transportation operations. This role is primarily responsible for the safe and timely movement of cargo from JAFZA Port and bonded facilities to client delivery locations across the UAE.

We are looking for a professional driver who values safety, punctuality, and respectful interaction with clients, customs officials, and internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate flatbed trailers safely for local UAE shipments, primarily from JAFZA to client sites
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo in accordance with safety and compliance standards
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate delivery documents, gate passes, and transport-related paperwork
• Coordinate professionally with operations, warehouse, port authorities, and customers
• Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws, port regulations, and company policies
• Represent Cannata professionally at all delivery points

REQUIREMENT:

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 4 or equivalent)
• Proven experience driving flatbed trailers, preferably within JAFZA or port environments
• Good working knowledge of Dubai and UAE road networks
• Familiarity with port procedures, gate pass systems, and customs zones
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Physically fit and able to support loading supervision when required
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety
• Experience handling project cargo, oversized, or industrial materials
• Calm, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently while following operational instructions precisely
• Flexibility to work extended hours when operational needs require
