Identify and qualify independent truck owners, fleet operators, and subcontractors aligned with Naqla’s operational needs.
Expand and diversify the fleet partner base across regions and vehicle types (e.g., flatbed, refrigerated, containers, etc.)
Coordinate the onboarding process including documentation, contract signing, compliance checks, and system registration.
Ensure all partners meet company standards in safety, service quality, and reliability.
Negotiate rates, terms, and service levels with fleet partners.
Maintain a dynamic rate card and support cost optimization without compromising service quality.
Work closely with operations and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate fleet supply in target corridors.
Build flexible sourcing strategies to handle peak loads and seasonal variations.
Act as the point of contact for active partners, resolving issues and building long-term relationships.
Ensure all partner documents (licenses, insurance, vehicle registration, etc.) are updated and stored in the system.
Monitor and enforce compliance with Naqla’s safety and service policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in vendor sourcing, fleet partnerships, or logistics coordination.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of the local transportation market and pricing structures.
Understanding of legal and safety regulations in transport contracting.
