  • Identify and qualify independent truck owners, fleet operators, and subcontractors aligned with Naqla’s operational needs.
  • Expand and diversify the fleet partner base across regions and vehicle types (e.g., flatbed, refrigerated, containers, etc.)
  • Coordinate the onboarding process including documentation, contract signing, compliance checks, and system registration.
  • Ensure all partners meet company standards in safety, service quality, and reliability.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and service levels with fleet partners.
  • Maintain a dynamic rate card and support cost optimization without compromising service quality.
  • Work closely with operations and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate fleet supply in target corridors.
  • Build flexible sourcing strategies to handle peak loads and seasonal variations.
  • Act as the point of contact for active partners, resolving issues and building long-term relationships.
  • Ensure all partner documents (licenses, insurance, vehicle registration, etc.) are updated and stored in the system.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with Naqla’s safety and service policies.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in vendor sourcing, fleet partnerships, or logistics coordination.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Knowledge of the local transportation market and pricing structures.

  • Understanding of legal and safety regulations in transport contracting.
