• Source and manage local 3PL providers for warehousing, domestic transportation, and customs clearance.
• Set and oversee logistics processes from customs to final delivery to customers.
• Work with local and HQ teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor logistics costs and operational efficiency.
