We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Fleet Acquisition Supervisor
to oversee daily fleet operations and ensure smooth, safe, and cost-effective vehicle utilization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising drivers, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring vehicles and couriers are available, safe, and road-ready

Manage and support a team of drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards

Plan and monitor delivery schedules, routes, and vehicle assignments to maximize utilization and minimize downtime

Ensure all vehicles comply with safety, insurance, and licensing regulations

Coordinate with the maintenance team or external workshops for preventive and corrective maintenance

Monitor driver performance, route efficiency

Handle incidents, accidents, and emergency breakdowns promptly and professionally

Maintain accurate fleet documentation and prepare regular reports on performance, expenses, and utilization

Collaborate with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to support business needs
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in fleet supervision or transportation management, ideally within a logistics or distribution environment

Strong leadership and people management skills

Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance, road safety, and logistics operations

Proficient in fleet management software and MS Office tools

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to operational emergencies
