Job Summary

The Fleet Aftersales Key Account Manager is responsible for leading all post-sales service and parts operations for large and SME fleet customers. The role ensures seamless vehicle lifecycle management from maintenance and repair programs to cost-of-ownership optimization delivering maximum uptime, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

This position acts as the central liaison between the fleet customers, Importers service workshops and parts operations and Stellantis, ensuring that fleet renewal cycles, maintenance programs, and parts availability are strategically managed to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and drive retention.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Management

  • Develop and implement aftersales strategies for fleet customers to support long-term retention, renewal, and profitability.
  • Define and monitor total cost of ownership (TCO) and lifecycle cost models for fleet customers.
  • Design and manage service and maintenance contracts aligned with fleet needs and warranty conditions.

Operational Execution

  • Coordinate and monitor vehicle maintenance, repair, and parts supply to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee workshop scheduling, prioritization, and SLA adherence for key fleet accounts.
  • Establish parts safety stock planning and forecasting in collaboration with supply chain teams.
  • Lead proactive communication with fleet customers on service performance, repair status, and parts availability.

Customer Relationship & Account Management

  • Serve as the single point of contact for aftersales support to fleet customers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities within existing fleet accounts (renewals, upgrades, add-on services).

Process & Reporting

  • Monitor fleet performance metrics: downtime, cost-per-vehicle, service turnaround, warranty claims, parts stock levels etc.
  • Generate periodic performance reports and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and streamline internal operations.


Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.

-Experience: 5+ years of experience in fleet key account management, within the automotive industry.


Technical skills:

  • Warranty claim systems (e.g., DealerConnect, e-SIGI, SAGAI, SAP)
  • Strong understanding of automotive aftersales operations , including service, maintenance, and parts management.
  • Knowledge of fleet management principles — TCO analysis, lifecycle management, and service contracts.
  • Experience with ERP / CRM systems (e.g., SAP, DMS, Salesforce).
  • Data analysis and reporting proficiency (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Understanding of warranty processes, safety standards, and logistics planning.


Soft skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage pressure and multitask across multiple fleet accounts.
