Key Responsibilities

Fuel & Consumption Management:
-
Monitor and analyze fuel consumption rates per vehicle (Km/L).
-
Investigate variances and implement anti-siphoning/anti-theft measures.
-
Manage relationships with fuel providers and oversee internal fuel stations/tanks.

Spare Parts & Inventory Control:
-
Establish a coding and tracking system for all spare parts (Tires, Oils, Filters, etc.).
-
Maintain optimal stock levels (Reorder Points) to minimize vehicle downtime.
-
Cost & Expense Management:
-
Prepare and manage the annual fleet budget (CAPEX & OPEX).
-
Audit all fleet-related invoices: maintenance, tolls, driver allowances, and fines.
-
Calculate the MRO and Consumption per trip/vehicle.
Requirements
Professional Background & Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Accounting/Finance (Cost Accounting background is a plus).
-
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Fleet Management, Logistics, or Construction sectors.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in companies with large-scale transport fleets (FMCG, Logistics, or Heavy Equipment).
Technical Skills:

Data Analytics: Advanced Excel & Power BI.

ERP Proficiency: Experience with Fleet/Inventory modules).

Fuel Consumption Tracking: Expertise in Fuel suppliers systems..

Asset Lifecycle: Knowledge of tire rotation, oil life, and preventive maintenance.
