Fleet Associate

• Monitor and manage the company fleet, including vehicles, equipment, and related documentation.

• Plan delivery routes and coordinate closely with drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation.

• Track vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, technical inspections, and registration deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, transportation expenses, and vehicle-related costs.

• Provide day-to-day support to the logistics and distribution team to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist with general coordination tasks related to fleet and transport activities as required.

• Completed secondary education; higher education will be considered an advantage.

• Basic understanding of logistics processes and vehicle operations.

• Organized, punctual, and responsible with a strong sense of accountability.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with drivers and internal teams.

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
