Fleet Associate

Overview
Loadmode LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Associate to oversee our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained, compliant with regulations, and operated efficiently. This role is crucial in optimizing fleet performance and ensuring the safety of all drivers and vehicles.

Duties

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to align fleet operations with overall business goals.
• Implement quick fixes like mudflap replacement, inverter installation etc

Qualifications

• A valid CDL Class A driver’s license is required; additional certifications related to fleet management are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of on semi-truck and trailer maintenance practices and safety regulations
• Fluent English
• Proven experience as a Fleet Associate or in a similar role within logistics or transportation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
