Bilingual Purchasing Assistant (International Procurement) – SAP B1

If you’re bilingual, highly organized, and love following up until things are done right, you’ll thrive here.

What you’ll do

  • Track international purchase orders end-to-end (ETA, lead times, documentation, delays)
  • Follow up with suppliers daily to confirm delivery dates and solve issues fast
  • Update customers clearly and professionally in English + Spanish
  • Enter invoices and payment postings in SAP Business One
  • Keep documentation accurate and organized (invoices, packing lists, shipping docs)

You’re a great fit if you…

  • Are fluent in English and Spanish (written + spoken)
  • Have 2+ years in purchasing, logistics, import operations, or order management
  • Are strong in Excel (filters, pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
  • Are detail-driven, reliable, and proactive (you don’t wait for problems to explode)

Big plus (not required)

  • SAP Business One experience (or similar ERP: SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
  • International trade / import documentation experience (AWB/BOL, invoices, packing lists)
