Fleet Compliance Officer-UK Cab

Only candidates with prior experience in the UK cab industry are eligible to apply.

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage UK-based cab drivers, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and high driver satisfaction. Only candidates with experience in driver onboarding, record management, and cab dispatching software (i.e., iCabbi) will be considered.

This role combines driver administration, customer service coordination, and operational oversight to maintain smooth taxi operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Onboarding & Compliance:

• Manage the complete onboarding process for UK cab drivers.
• Maintain and monitor driver records including:
• Insurance documents
• MOT certificates
• Driver licenses
• Council badges
• Driver logs and activity records
• Ensure all driver credentials are valid, renewed on time, and fully compliant with UK regulations.
• Track driver performance, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Proactively resolve driver issues to maintain high retention levels.

Operational & Dispatching Tasks:

• Prepare and submit monthly invoices accurately and on time.
• Use iCabbi software for dispatching, scheduling, and monitoring driver activity.
• Coordinate taxi bookings, including airport pickups, amendments, and cancellations.
• Liaise with the UK office, including supervisors and shift in-charges, for smooth operations.
• Handle driver queries and grievances efficiently.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from UK customers in clear British English.
• Provide timely quotations and booking confirmations.
• Address and escalate complaints as needed.
• Ensure high-quality coordination between customers and drivers to maintain service standards.
• Track flights and pickup/drop-off schedules to meet customer expectations.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in CSR, driver operations, or driver management in a UK cab environment.
• Hands-on experience with iCabbi and Autocab software is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of driver onboarding, documentation, compliance, and retention strategies.
• Fluent in English with a clear British accent.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
