Fleet Coordinator

We are hiring a Fleet Coordinator to manage daily delivery operations, drivers, and vehicle scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes
• Assign drivers and monitor deliveries
• Ensure vehicles are maintained, serviced, and registered on time
• Handle driver scheduling, performance, and training
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams
• Maintain fleet records and reports

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in fleet coordination or logistics
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads (Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and drivers
• Basic computer and navigation tool skills
