Fleet Coordinator

Job Title: Fleet Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage the company vehicle fleet and the private/home fleet of company owners in Dubai. The role ensures vehicles are properly maintained, legally compliant, cost-efficient, and available at all times, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of company and owners’ private vehicles
• Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Handle RTA registration, renewal, insurance, Salik, and compliance
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and fleet costs
• Coordinate drivers, garages, workshops, and service providers
• Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
• Handle breakdowns, accidents, and insurance claims
• Ensure vehicle safety, availability, and roadworthiness

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fleet Coordinator in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations
• Experience managing both corporate and private fleets preferred
• Valid UAE driving license
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
