Fleet Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and reliable Fleet Coordinator to manage and monitor company vehicles and equipment. The Fleet Coordinator will ensure vehicles are properly maintained, scheduled, and operating efficiently to support company operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle and equipment scheduling
• Monitor fleet usage, fuel consumption and mileage
• Arrange vehicle maintenance, servicing and repairs
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
• Track vehicle registration, insurance, and permits
• Communicate with drivers and site supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in fleet coordination or transport management
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting)
• UAE experience preferred
