We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage and scale operations in Abu Dhabi. If you have a strong background in handling delivery projects and manpower, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the fastest-growing logistics companies in the UAE.

Location: Abu Dhabi
Position: Fleet Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and hire riders and drivers to meet operational targets
• Handle day-to-day fleet operations and ensure optimal manpower utilization
• Manage and coordinate projects such as Noon Food, Keeta, Carrefour, etc.
• Monitor performance, attendance, and compliance of Delivery Associates (DAs)
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and maintain service standards
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet or logistics operations
• Proven experience handling major delivery platforms (Noon, Keeta, Carrefour, etc.)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
