Delivery POC

We are looking for a Delivery POC to manage daily last-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating delivery associates, assigning routes, and ensuring smooth and timely parcel deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers/couriers.
• Assign daily delivery routes and ensure drivers dispatch on time.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of delivery associates.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for package allocation.
• Track delivery progress and completion rates throughout the day.
• Handle delivery issues, failed deliveries, and driver queries.
• Ensure drivers follow Amazon delivery procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain daily reports related to dispatch, deliveries, and driver performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between drivers and operations management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, or last-mile delivery operations.
• Experience managing delivery drivers or courier teams is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Basic knowledge of route planning and delivery operations.
• Familiarity with Amazon or e-commerce delivery operations is an advantage.

Work Location: In person
