As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, taking ownership from start to finish.

Maintain electronic databases of leases, registration, inspections, recalls, and maintenance of fleet management
- Ensure fleet availability to meet all request by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying current use
- Weekly reporting of all mileage for company vehicles
- Assist annual fleet review
- Maintain fuel program and ensure proper usage and assignments
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of all company vehicles
- Develop maintenance plans for all company vehicle types
- Assist with the acquisition and disposal of company vehicles
- Inform management of concerns or needs in a timely manner
- Investigate and resolve all complaints, questions, and problems associated with company vehicles
- Monitor driver performance to ensure compliance to policies, laws, and regulations
- Help manage driver assignments
- Assist with vehicle accident handling
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Basic knowledge of the vehicle leasing/purchasing process
- A clean driving record
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, execute tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Ability to elicit cooperation from management, clients, and other departments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook platforms
- Good understanding of vehicles and equipment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
- A desire to grow personally and professionally with each project while working in a team environment to create designs and drawings supporting our client's overall project goal
