Fleet Coordinator

Kalton Transport LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our growing transport operations team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in fleet coordination, GCC transport operations, and heavy vehicle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily fleet operations for heavy trucks across UAE and GCC routes
• Plan trips, assign drivers, and ensure on-time deliveries
• Monitor vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems
• Control fuel consumption and ensure cost efficiency
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns
• Ensure compliance with UAE & GCC road transport regulations
• Handle border documentation and coordinate customs procedures
• Maintain accurate operational reports and records
• Liaise effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role
• Proven expertise in GCC transport coordination
• Strong knowledge of UAE & GCC road regulations
• Hands-on experience with border documentation and customs clearance
• Experience managing heavy truck operations
• Strong driver coordination and trip planning skills
• Proficient in GPS monitoring systems and fleet reporting
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
