Role Purpose:
As a Fleet Controller , you will oversee the daily operations of our delivery fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food orders. You will coordinate with drivers, monitor vehicle performance, and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes and improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in fleet management or logistics, preferably in the food delivery industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and GPS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
