Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience in Fleet / Admin Coordination
  • Strong Knowledge of Vehicle Tracking Systems
  • Experience in Fleet Operations & Vehicle Maintenance
  • Good MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
  • Experience in Documentation & Reporting

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Vehicle Tracking System & Daily Reports
  • Coordinate Vehicle Dispatch to Projects
  • Follow-up Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs
  • Coordinate with Insurance Companies for Accident Cases
  • Follow-up Vehicle License Renewals
  • Coordinate Between Drivers & Workshops
  • Monitor Fuel Consumption (Petrol & Diesel)
  • Maintain Fleet Documentation & Records
  • Support Operations & Project Teams

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
