Responsibilities

Collect, manage, and analyze data from telematics, fuel platforms, and maintenance records.

Maintain and update Fleet Master Data with accuracy and consistency.

Generate and present reports on KPIs: fuel usage, mileage, downtime, and cost metrics.

Monitor budget vs. actual spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Process monthly fuel, maintenance & repairs invoices and ensure timely payment and settlement.

Coordinate with suppliers for maintenance scheduling and spare parts delivery.

Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to support fleet operations.

Monitor vehicle safety, utilization, and driver behavior using telematics.

Review fleet checklist results and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Support onboarding/offboarding of vehicles, including documentation and system updates.

Contribute to the development and refinement of fleet policies and procedures.

Participate in internal and external fleet audits and support implementation of findings.

Track vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance deadlines.

Organize fleet-related training sessions and awareness campaigns.

Maintain a fleet dashboard for real-time operational visibility.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field.

2+ years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or data coordination.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and fleet management software.
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
