Own the uptime of a dedicated fleet

Picture your day: you arrive to a well-equipped NFI shop, pull up JPRO on a diagnostic laptop, and zero in on a fault code. You knock out a preventive service, complete a DOT inspection to FMCSA standards, and team up with a colleague to track down an intermittent electrical issue using a multimeter. Every fix keeps our customers rolling—and that’s work you can be proud of.

What you’ll handle

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair tractor and trailer mechanical/electrical systems using JPRO, OEM diagnostic software, multimeters, and Windows-based tooling
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance across tractors & trailers
• Conduct DOT inspections per FMCSA guidelines
• Meet the physical demands of the role: lift and/or pull 75 lbs or more without restriction, stand or lie for extended periods, and move with the flexibility needed to reach equipment

What you bring

• Valid driver’s license
• Technical or advanced degree, or 2+ years of equivalent maintenance experience
• Hands-on familiarity with diagnostic tools (JPRO, OEM software, multimeters) and Windows
• Proven problem-solving ability and a team-first, customer-focused mindset with strong written and verbal communication
• Willingness to complete an on-site evaluation, with training recommendations provided
