Fleet Engineer- Luxury Cars (PMV Workshop)

Role Description: The Service/Fleet Engineer for luxury cars is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing high-end vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role demands a deep understanding of advanced automotive systems, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for luxury automobiles.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service department activities, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical support and training to service technicians, ensuring proficiency in luxury vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques
• Oversee parts and inventory management processes, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient inventory control to support service operations. .
• Recruit, train, and mentor service personnel, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all work is completed to high quality and safety standards, maintaining brand reputation.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manages the workshop floor, including job card flow, parts coordination, team supervision, quality checks, and final delivery
• Oversee and ensure clean and safe working environments, adhering to protocols.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with existing systems, performing repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance plans. .
• Respond to unplanned/emergency work outside of the normal work schedule

Qualifications:

• Driving License is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant role within a Luxury Brand Dealership in the UAE.
• Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
